User Satisfaction Survey findings for 2023
We are pleased to announce the release of the annual User Satisfaction Survey (USS) 2023 results for RFC Rhine-Alpine. Since 2014, we have been conducting this survey to gauge the level of satisfaction with the performance of our corridor. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring that we meet and exceed your expectations.
The survey was conducted together with ten other RFCs in autumn 2023, and all customers of our corridor had the chance to provide feedback on the various aspects, including train performance, traffic management and our C-OSS among others. The results will be reviewed in our committees in the beginning of next year when deciding on our workplans and will be further discussed in our Advisory Groups RAG and TAG.
